- Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Most orders within South Africa are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or outlying areas may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions — these will be clearly communicated.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
5. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
- Aktif Skin is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
7. Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or failure to collect from the courier, the parcel may be returned to us.
- Re-delivery will require payment of additional shipping fees.
8. International Shipping
At this stage, we only deliver within South Africa. International delivery options will be announced in the future.
