Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.
Where are your products made?
Every product is made in Cape Town, South Africa with locally sourced botanicals and global biotech innovation.
Do you test your products on athletes?
Yes. Every formula is sweat-tested and movement-validated. If it doesn’t perform on the run, in the gym, or on the trail, it doesn’t make the cut.
Product Use & Safety
How do I know which product is right for me?
Think of your body in three phases: before, during, after.
- Before: Get Set (activation) primes muscles.
- During: COMING SOON (anti-chafe) and Shade Thrower (SPF) protect.
- After: Keep Going (support balm), Skin in the Game (repair), and CTRL+ALT+SKIN (serum) reinforce recovery.
Can I use these products daily, or only around training?
Both. Some tools (like Shade Thrower SPF and CTRL+ALT+SKIN) are made for everyday use. Others (like Get Set and Glide or Die) are situational — use them when you need that extra edge.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are plant-based, vegan, and free from petroleum and parabens. However, everyone’s skin is different — always patch-test first if you have sensitive skin.
What if I experience tingling, warming, or cooling sensations — is that normal?
Yes. Some products (like Get Set and Keep Going) use natural actives that create warming or cooling effects. It’s part of how they work. If discomfort occurs, wash off and discontinue use.
Can I use more than one product at the same time?
Absolutely. Our system is designed to layer — SPF over Get Set, balm after serum, repair cream after chafe. Each product has its lane.
Do your products prevent injuries?
No product can guarantee injury prevention. Our tools support circulation, protect skin, and reinforce recovery — but smart training and listening to your body are key.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Shop directly on our website. Add to cart, check out, and you’re good to go.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, PayFast, SnapScan, and other secure third-party gateways.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email us at az.oc.niksfitkaobfsctd-4c682d@stnuocca immediately. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes.
Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Yes. Digital gift vouchers are available — the perfect way to equip someone else’s movement.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not yet. Right now, we only ship locally. International shipping is coming in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive, contact us with your tracking number. We’ll work with our courier partner to resolve it quickly.
Refunds & Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days once we’ve received and approved the return.

What botanicals and biotech actives do you use?
We use South African botanicals like Buchu, Baobab, Mafura, Marula, and Cape Aloe — paired with biotech actives like Elaya Renova™, Photobiome™, and Deobiome Noni™.
Are your products free from petroleum, parabens, or harsh chemicals?
Yes. No petroleum. No parabens. No fluff. Just clean, effective ingredients that perform under pressure.
What should I do if I have an allergic reaction?
Stop use immediately, rinse the area, and consult a medical professional. Then contact us at az.oc.niksfitkaobfsctd-8f3569@troppus so we can log the issue.
